    "An Act adopting the National Crime Prevention and Privacy                                      
    Compact; making criminal justice information available to                                       
    interested persons and criminal history record information                                      
    available to the public; providing for the use of criminal justice                              
    information and records by the Alcoholic Beverage Control                                       
    Board; making certain conforming amendments; and providing for
